Fit Kit Systems manufactures all components here in the United States. Each piece is handcrafted, assembled and calibrated to exacting specifications to insure that your measurements are accurate and reliable. Most of our kits and products ship within 2 to 3 weeks from the time that you place your order. We will contact you if there is any exception to this timeline. You will receive an e-mail from us when we begin processing your order and another e-mail when your order has shipped.
Freight Charges We do not include freight costs in our store catalog. We calculate the shipping costs at time of shipment and add those charges to your invoice amount. We will include those charges in the e-mail we send at the time of shipment. Your credit card is charged for the amount of purchase and freight on the day your order ships.
Shipping in the United States We normally ship by FedEx Ground in the U.S. The number of days in transit are normally 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. This time will vary depending on your distance from Billings, Montana. Transit time is normally 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping to Canada We normally ship by UPS Standard to our Canadian customers. The number of days in transit is normally 3-8 business days depending on your distance from Billings, Montana. Please contact us if you have any other shipping needs.
Shipping to Other International Destinations
We have various carriers that we use depending on your location. We will contact you when we receive your order and get you a quote on your shipping costs. If you want to find out your shipping costs before ordering, please contact us and tell us precisely what you want to order. We will get a freight quote for you in advance of your order. Freight quotes are normally only valid for a certain period of time. You must order within the specified time period to receive the price on the quote given.
Damage and Replacements We take great care to package your fitting components so they will not be damaged in transit. When you open your shipment. Please check to make sure that everything has arrived in good order. If not, please call us at our toll free number 1-800-434-8548 and we will work with you to correct any problem. Replacements are limited to shipping damage or proven loss. Once an order is processed and packaged, it cannot be cancelled.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: If you cancel your order, once placed, but before it is shipped, you will be assessed a 10 percent cancellation fee before credit is issued. Sorry, but we can not accept cancellations once your order has been shipped (see above). Orders which are refused at delivery will not be credited.
Fraudulent Chargeback Policy: If you do not remember having placed an order with us, or the name on the statement does not look familiar to you (it should say "Fit Kit Systems"), please call us toll free at (800) 434-8548 before requesting a chargeback from your credit card provider or bank.
Due to our high order volume, a lot of research is needed on our part to resolve chargebacks and disputes. Searching through our database, contacting our merchant account provider, customer, etc. to resolve such an "accidental" dispute means that a lot of time is spent on this issue unnecessarily. We try hard to serve you well and ship items with great care and promptness and would like to keep it that way. Thank you for your understanding!
Fraudulent Charges - Stolen Credit Card Purchases: We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law! |
