Thigh Measurement with STADT Device: Fit Kit Pro 4.0 now allows you to enter a lower leg measurement instead of a thigh measurement to determine the thigh/inseam ratio to calculate the preferred seat tube angle. Fit Kit Pro 4.0 will still work the way it always has for dealers still using the thigh bench. Just enter your measuring preference in the preferences tab of Dealer Setup.

Extrapolated Target Fits for Out-of-Range Riders: To make it easier for dealers to fit short, tall, and other out-of-range riders, Fit Kit Pro 4.0 now extrapolates target parameters from known data. If you are not familiar with fitting out-of-range riders or want a second opinion on a particular fit, we recommend you contact Chris at Fit Kit Systems.

Triathlon Fit: Many of you asked for this feature so now you can do triathlon fits as easily as road fits! Just duplicate the existing road fitting and adjust the parameters for the triathlon fit.

This intuitive software allows the technician to experiment onscreen with different adjustments on the bicycle before they are actually made to the bike. The bicycle-body relationships built into the software will approximate changes to the rider's position. This helps the rider and technician decide which adjustments will help solve problems on an existing bike. The software may also be used to create specifications for ordering a custom dream machine. The resulting fit may be printed out with all rider and bicycle information.

The software also contains a section for entering inventory of all bicycles available in the dealer's shop. Full specifications facilitate a quick lookup and match relative to fit and price. This is an indispensable tool for any shop technician, fitting professional or small frame builder!
